OEP3 is a new method of self-improvement aiming to increase our well-being by not wasting our energies.
OEP3 comes from the synthesis of two cultures. One more western/pragmatic, whose modern behavioural neurosciences are helping us to manage better our behaviours and goals. The other, more oriental, spiritual and confident, which is teaching us how to value the “here and now” and how to build focus, balance and self-awareness.
The key to OEP3 is personal power. Personal Power is the ability to respond, to choose, to activate your own creativity in order to direct your thoughts, emotions, actions and reactions to events and situations. The inner state is the foundation of Personal Power: to be attuned physically, emotionally resolved and mentally prepared for any event is the key.
Personal Power isn’t measured upon results because good results are already the consequence of an effective expression of Personal Power. To activate your Personal Power means to be always able to choose, asking yourself: “What can I do in this situation?”. To decide, independently from situations, people, and external events, whether we prefer to be happy or to be right. Personal Power is translated into the understanding that happiness is a state of mind and emotions, depending entirely on you. Power is energy: you either give it to yourself or give it to somebody or something external.
Personal Power is not arrogant. It recognises that life is the harmonic flow of energies, cycles, ups and downs. Personal Power itself has a cycle: you recognise it first, then you activate it, then you express it and transcend it…
When we are lacking in Personal Power we devolve power and deprive ourselves of responsibility. We look for sins and sinners, alibis and excuses, we censor and anaesthetise ourselves.
We become insecure and misjudging, we produce energies of low quality, which weaken our self-esteem and paralyse our creative spark.
