Workshop Facilitator:
Luca Cattaneo, Certified Teacher, Master Trainer in NLP, Doctor in Naturopathy.

This is the first workshop in energy orientation, aimed to anybody who is new to the matter. It is appropriate for anybody who is willing to use their own energies in a more effective way  and want to increase their own well-being.

The workshop will run for two days, the 31st of July and 1st of August 2010, a full immersion of theory and practical activities. In order to provide the best quality for your experience, places are limited, please book in advance. The cost of the entire workshop, including tea, coffee and light refreshments is €200, there is an early bird discount for bookings before the10th of July. There will be some breaks during the day, including lunch break, it is optional to have a home-made and healthy lunch served to you for €6.

Januar 2010 – A One Day Experimental Course for Homeopaths

Transcendental Meditation Course at The Castle Clinic

Transcendental Meditation is a very simple technique practised for 20 minutes, twice a day while sitting comfortably in an upright position. It is a unique practice which allows even the most active mind to settle down and become still. As part of this process the body also gains a state of deep rest and relaxation.

TM is easily learnt in four short sessions:

  • Personal Instruction followed by
  • three two hour Group Sessions:
